I'm a qualified Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Transformational Yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance International.

I offer 1:1 and group yoga classes which I tailor to individual and group needs.

Classes provided include: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, chair yoga, gentle / relaxing yoga, yoga for weight loss or menopause and yoga for workplace wellbeing.

I'm dedicated to providing kind and non-judgemental classes in general, and particularly for complete beginners who are unfit / inflexible. This was how I began Yoga and I understand how difficult it is to go to a class.

Yoga is much, much more than just the pretzel like positions seen in the media, and I would love for everyone to try it - you might be surprised!

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient holistic practice originating from India and aims to unite the mind, body, and spirit.

While it originated as a spiritual discipline, it is now widely practiced as a form of exercise to improve physical and mental well-being.

What's Yoga?

Yoga classes will generally include 3 key components:

  • Asana (Postures): Physical movements and poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina

  • Pranayama (Breathing Exercises): Breathing techniques to calm the mind and enhance physical and mental health.

  • Dhyana (Meditation): Practices aimed at focusing the mind, promoting a sense of calm, and improving mental wellness.

Introductory offer - 1st 60 minute session £45

60 minute session - £50

3 sessions - £135 (£45 per session - 10% discount per session)

6 sessions - £260 (£43 per session - over 12% discount per session)
